Our client is a wholesale trading company specializing in fragrance and beauty products.
Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handling sourcing and enquiries, inclusive of preparing requirement lists
- Analyzing market prices and customer’s requirements
- Producing and managing offers to send out
- Corresponding & negotiating with customers while drafting custom offers and processing purchase orders as needed
- Following up with customers through phone and online daily
- Lead generation
- Database management
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Provide basic secretarial and administrative support to the CEO occasionally
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing emails where required
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or above
- 1 year of relevant working experiences in sales
- Proficient in MS Office, Google G suite, Gmail (especially Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets)
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Detail oriented, organized, mature thinking
- Goals orientated, proactive and ambitious
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
