Our client is a wholesale trading company specializing in fragrance and beauty products.
 
Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Handling sourcing and enquiries, inclusive of preparing requirement lists
  • Analyzing market prices and customer’s requirements
  • Producing and managing offers to send out
  • Corresponding & negotiating with customers while drafting custom offers and processing purchase orders as needed
  • Following up with customers through phone and online daily
  • Lead generation
  • Database management
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Provide basic secretarial and administrative support to the CEO occasionally
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing emails where required
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or above
  • 1 year of relevant working experiences in sales
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google G suite, Gmail (especially Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets)
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Detail oriented, organized, mature thinking
  • Goals orientated, proactive and ambitious
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
