Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualification & tender preparation; tender coordination & correspondences
- Office relocation or renovation management and tenancy liaison
- Provide all-round HR functions and duties
- Provide all-round administration duties
- Office vendor sourcing and management
- Internal control and financial auditing coordination and support
- Issuance of quotation, invoice and statement; payment follow-up, office and project payment monitoring and consolidating to the Accounting department
- Responsible for general project administration duties including communicating with client/consultant, contract administration, CAR & EC insurances, bond coordination and follow up, procedures and policy review and set up
- Provide secretarial support such as coordinating travel arrangements and appoitments
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent qualifications in any disciplines, preferably in Administration
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and MS Office
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Minimum 8 years of working experiences
- Experience in Construction Industry and Main Contractor is advantageous
- Immediately available is highly appreciated
