Administrative Assistant (1-year Secondment)

Our client is a Leading General & Life Insurance Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Administrative Assistant (1-year Secondment Contract) 

Job Duties:
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management
  • Manage the schedule of stakeholders and responsible for coordinating appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
  • Assist in meeting preparation such as catering order and printing materials
  • Handle billings, invoices and prepare expenses claims
  • Handle daily clerical duties such as data entry, filing and scanning documents
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
 
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or above
  • Good telephone manner and able to perform independently with minimal supervision
  • High degree of responsibility and good sense of confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and with can-do attitude
  • Good software skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly appreciated
