Administrative Assistant (1-year Secondment Contract)
Job Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to senior management
- Manage the schedule of stakeholders and responsible for coordinating appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
- Assist in meeting preparation such as catering order and printing materials
- Handle billings, invoices and prepare expenses claims
- Handle daily clerical duties such as data entry, filing and scanning documents
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or above
- Good telephone manner and able to perform independently with minimal supervision
- High degree of responsibility and good sense of confidentiality
- Attention to detail and with can-do attitude
- Good software skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly appreciated
