Our client is a leading telecommunication service provider, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
 
Quality Assurance Officer
Responsibilities:
  • To monitor the quality of our service by contacting customer and through phone and email
  • To identify areas of improvement and suggest recommendations to managerial level, aiming to deliver the best service to customers
  • To prepare quality reports
  • To constantly evaluate the benchmark for the quality assessment with the team
  • To develop a comprehensive quality assurance framework that meets client's expectations and needs
  • To support the team and perform ad-hoc duties when required by management
Requirements
  • F.5 / F.6 or above
  • 3 years of customer service experience in Contact Center will be an advantage
  • Candidate present self-motivated and and good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese inputs
