Customer Services Officer, Insurance Hotline
Responsibilities:
- To respond promptly to customer telephone and website enquiries in a professional manner
- To provide administrative and clerical support in a daily basis, cooperate with team members to respond promptly to customers enquires
- To visit distribution partners' retail outlets in order to support and enhance company's product and service
- To support the team and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Shift duty is required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above with relevant experience
- Qualifier of IIQE Paper I, II & III is an advantage (candidates prepared to undertake such qualifications will be considered)
- Experience in insurance or financial industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills
