Our client is a leading telecommunication service provider, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
 
Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
  • To respond promptly to customer telephone enquiries in a professional manner
  • To provide after sales follow up
  • To complete tasks while following the designated procedures and workflows provided by concerning parties
  • To learn about trends and knowledge proactively and perform daily duties under pressure
  • To discharge duty and demonstrate professional responsibility whenever needed
  • To support the team and perform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
  • F.5 / F.6 or above
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation and negotiation
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Officer
