Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide all-rounded secretarial and personal assistant support to chairman
Coordinate, monitor and handle all documentation as assigned
Attend business meetings with chairman and prepare agenda and minutes
Travel on business trips with the Chairman to overseas
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in any disciplines
Strong communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
High proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
Immediate Available will be advantage
Fresh Graduate will also be considered
