Sales Administration Coordinator

Our client is a well-established French Fashion Clothing Wholesaler, they are currently seeking for a Sales Administration Coordinator to join their team.

Sales Administration Coordinator (Garment Wholesale)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
  • Handle emails, reports, invoices and sales contracts.
  • Data entry and maintain the filing system of the department. 
  • Assist in sorting, organizing and updating internal database.
  • Deal with customers on order processing.
  • Coordinate with other departments for daily operation.

Requirements:
  • DSE or above, 2-3 years of relevant experience in garment wholesale business and dealing with HK department store buyers preferred. 
  • Detail-minded, sensitive to numbers and figures, well-organized, willing to learn, responsible and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin. 
  • Occasionally travel to mainland China.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
