Our client is a well-established French Fashion Clothing Wholesaler, they are currently seeking for a Sales Administration Coordinator to join their team.
Sales Administration Coordinator (Garment Wholesale)
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
- Handle emails, reports, invoices and sales contracts.
- Data entry and maintain the filing system of the department.
- Assist in sorting, organizing and updating internal database.
- Deal with customers on order processing.
- Coordinate with other departments for daily operation.
Requirements:
- DSE or above, 2-3 years of relevant experience in garment wholesale business and dealing with HK department store buyers preferred.
- Detail-minded, sensitive to numbers and figures, well-organized, willing to learn, responsible and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good communication skill.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Occasionally travel to mainland China.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
