Customer Data Marketing Manager

Responsibilities 
  • Implementation of a marketing automation platform for the business.Build reports and dashboards to monitor lead-to-opportunity-to-close progression through marketing funnel to attain business goals
  • Hands on management of customer database and big data system to execute and optimize the marketing team’s lead generation efforts
  • Develop and execute audience segmentation. Test and optimize digital campaigns to determine best content types/email elements for different target audience at different stages of purchase cycle to attain business goals
  • Carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing and sales database
  • Develop program to organically grow database to ensure ability to reach appropriate target audiences and business goals
  • Determine, regularly report on, analyze, and recommend actions related to improving KPIs for campaigns to improve lead generation
  • Make recommendations on strategies, procedures, platform roadmaps, and process improvements regarding marketing automation, sales/marketing alignment, measurement, and lead generation
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams to ensure automated campaigns achieve business goals
Requirements 
  • Degree or above
  • At least 8 years marketing automation experience in-house or at an agency deploying high volume marketing campaigns for a large organization
  • Expert level experience in database administration and marketing operations
  • Good understanding of how to use a marketing automation platform to drive the execution of marketing strategy–from demand generation to multi-channel engagement, to customer cross-sell and advocacy
  • Solid understanding of filters, segmentation, scoring model, revenue stages and flows and CRM platform capabilities
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS and email deliverability
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, measurement and reporting
  • Ability to drive projects to the finish line based on set goals, towards agreed on deadlines
  • Experience in integrating multiple marketing and sales platforms.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
