Contract Administration & Accounting Associate
Duties:
- Support full spectrum of office administrative functions including but not limited to office management, facilities & equipment management
- Perform expenses claim, invoices input, and invoicing verification
- Responsible for office supplies, stationery & printing materials ordering
- Business trip travel arrangements
- Perform reception duties & other ad hoc duties when needed
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with 1 to 2 years' relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Good communication & interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
- Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
