Deskside Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support of daily desktop support/mobile devices and problem resolution
- Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
- Good knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems and networking technologies
- Take ownership of call resolution until it is resolved.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
- Experienced in providing desktop support and Mobile support
- Certificates in MCSA / MCSE / MCP / CCNA / ITIL will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills is essential.
- Good Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal
- Working Location: Hung Hom, Kowloon Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui
