Customer Service Coordinator

Our client is a leading producer and supplier of non-woven and knitted fusible interlinings in the USA.

Customer Service Coordinator


Responsibilities:
  • Handle oversea customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email
  • Follow up the order status with customers
  • Make sure the goods on time deliver accurately
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Shipping and Logistic Team in providing full range of high standard service
  • Work with Sales Team in providing solution to customer issues
  • Maintain a good communications with the customers and other parties
  • Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • F.5 or above
  • 3-year or above working experience in shipping industry (export shipment), familiar with full set I/E document and L/C document    
  • Good Command of English and Chinese, Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage
