Responsible Officer
Responsibilities:
- Lead the projects and activities of corporate finance and advisory services
- Define strategic planning to drive Corporate Finance businesses with the objective to maximize the company interest and investment returns
- Supervise the execution of financial advisory projects including undertaking due diligence, resolving issues, and liaising with SFC
- Comply to applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures
- Compile reports through conducting market research as well as prepare proposals to facilitate regulatory checks
- Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 6 RA
- Over 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Finance or related fields
- Manage subordinates to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred.
