Officer (Payroll & Operation)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in performing all-round HR functions such as monthly payroll, MPF, on-boarding and off-boarding (e.g. final payment) of outsource staff;
- Handle MPF administration, annual taxation and insurance renewals;
- Coordinate with client or employees regarding payroll or other HR related enquiries;
- Provide clerical support to the consultants including posting job ads, screening and candidate sourcing.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above;
- 1-3 years working experience in HR/Admin/Customer Service is preferable;
- Knowledge in the Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations is an advantage;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and a team player;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered;
- Immediate Available is preferable;
- Location: Wanchai (5 days).
