IT System Support
 
Duties:

• Provide front-line assistance and support to end users.
• Resolve system, server, software, hardware and security related incidents.
• Install and configure desktop / laptop hardware & software and IT equipments.
• To perform inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping & documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related disciplines.
• 3 years or above relevant experience.
• Hands on trouble shooting experience in common office desktop / laptop hardware & software, configuration & video conference system.
• Experience in server, network and mobile phone configuration is a preferable. 
• Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese.
