Customer Services Representative (Electronic products)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer’s enquiries, complaints of Pre-sales and After-sales via call, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process order/quotation submitted via fax, email and Internet
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or related fields, preferably in electronics industry
- Proficient in PC skills in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
