Our client is a leading wholesaler and distributor of electronic equipment.

Customer Services Representative (Electronic products)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer’s enquiries, complaints of Pre-sales and After-sales via call, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Process order/quotation submitted via fax, email and Internet
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or related fields, preferably in electronics industry
  • Proficient in PC skills in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
