Senior Officer / Officer - Information & Communications Technology Cluster (CS & Admin focus)
(2 years Contract) (Depending on business need, this contract maybe renewed or converted to a permanent role)
Responsibilities:-
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to co-working centre service
- Introduce co-working service centre to new tenants and handle related enquiries
- Monitor centre facilities and services, assist on centre consumables stock control, maintenance services and refurbishment of centre premises
- Consolidate data in regarding the operation of the centre services and prepare the various monthly reports as required
- Maintain a central master record for centre related policy, procedures and documentations, and make recommendations to improve the centre operations
- Communicate and work closely with vendors and contractors for office reinstatement e.g. FMO, cleaning services, monitor the outsourced service providers for the regular operations, new centre set up and ad hoc projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:-
- Tertiary educated in any disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience related to customer services and general administration duties.
- Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word processing
- Self-motivated, detailed-minded, organized and customer-oriented
- Good presentation and communication skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
