Executive Secretary (3-month contract)
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the Project Director
- Assist Project Director in managing day-to-day operations, liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
- Coordinate, monitor and report the progress of various projects and events
- Prepare presentation materials and speeches for Project Director
- Organize and perform note taking and reporting of meetings
- Coordinate with Government departments, customers, business partners, associations, federations, universities in organizing events and activities for senior management team
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Project Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience preferably in sizable organizations
- Attention to detail with good business acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A team player with pleasant personality and easily approachable
- Ability to work with people from various different levels
- Mature, proactive and willing to work according to the schedule of Project Director
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Word Processing
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
