Administrative Assistant to Company Secretarial Department
Responsibilities
- Admin. support to Company Secretarial Department.
- Maintain and update company secretarial and statutory records, registers, database and routine filings.
- Assist in organizing board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings of the shareholders.
- Assist and coordinate with the preparation of interim/annual reports and banking documents.
- Assist in proof-reading of legal documents and drafting minutes, resolutions and correspondence.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects when necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder,
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in company secretarial or legal matters, preferable in professional firms or listed companies
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a must
- Good knowledge in PC operations such as CSA, MS-Word, Excel and Powerpoint and proficiency in Chinese word processing
- Self-motivated, well organized, detailed-minded and a good team player
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
