Officer, Robotics Platform (2-year contract, renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to the daily operation of the Robotics Garage including but not limited to handling general enquiries, administering booking schedule and preparing reports
- Greet visitors and introduce Robotics Garage to them in a professional and pleasant manner
- Support events from pre-event logistics, on-site management to post-event reporting
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in business, marketing, hospitality or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience related to customer service, administration or event support; experience in centre operation is an added advantage. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and attention to details
- Outgoing, cheerful and passionate in working with people from all backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in PC application including MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
- Willing to work on weekends occasionally
