Our client is a Banking & Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Temporary Assistant Officer (Asset Allocation) to join their team.
Temporary Assistant Officer (Asset Allocation Division)
Responsibilities:
- To provide operational, administrative and secretarial support to the division
- To liaise with internal divisions and external fund managers / counter parties on scheduling of meetings and related arrangements
- To provide technical support in the preparation of reports and presentation slides including drawing of charts and tables
- To handle confidential information and maintain proper filing records
- To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least two years of relevant working experience
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
