Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.
 
Administration Assistant (3-month contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist and provide admin support for the establishment of the new incubation centre project at InnoCentre
  • Prepare and work with  Corp IT for access right for meeting room booking at the new site by leverage of existing system
  • Documents update and maintenance in eDM due to new Revamp in incubation programmes
  • Support logistics work address enquiries on reimbursement from incubatees and process the applications
  • Prepare the reimbursement summary report and notification to incubatees for payment collection
  • Provide administrative support of Incubation Centre services i.e. reception services and document system operation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
 
Requirements:
  • Tertiary educated with a minimum of 3 years working experience; high school graduate with LCCI certificate will also be considered
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, detailed minded and polite
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting and administration service
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
