Our Client is a Shipping Company.
Shipping Clerk (Container Department)
Responsibilities:
- To handle full set of shipping documents, custom declaration and billing;
- To coordinate & communicate with internal / external parties on follow up shipment;
- To input data entry and document filing;
- General administrative and clerical support;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above, Certificate in logistics is an advantage;
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experiences in Shipping/Forwarder/Logistic field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Good typing skill in Chinese & English is a must;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
