Our client is an outstanding Tobacco company.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial / administrative support extensively to the General Manager on business matter
- Prepare meeting and presentation materials, and occasionally attend business meetings
- Draft and prepare a full range of reports and corresponding documents in English and Chinese as assigned
- Assist in ad hoc projects assignments
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- 5 years relevant working experience in secretarial and administration for senior management
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Initiative, Pro-active, Responsible and work independent under pressure
- Highly proficient in PC applications
- Proficiency in Tradelink
